- 1 cup toffee bits

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the toffee bits evenly throughout the dough.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the lined baking sheets, leaving enough space between each cookie.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
For thicker cookies, add an extra tablespoon of flour. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
