Instructions
- Start by chopping the dates.
- Combine the chopped dates, cocoa powder, nuts, vanilla, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Roll the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball.
- Place the balls in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
- Serve chilled as a perfect snack or dessert.

Keep your hands slightly moist while rolling to prevent sticking. For a nut-free version, use seeds.
