- 1 bottle dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
- 2 oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1/2 cup brandy or elderflower liqueur
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Wash the fruits thoroughly. Core and slice the apples; peel and thinly slice the oranges.
- Combine the sliced fruits, cinnamon sticks, and the white wine in a large pitcher. Add the brandy or elderflower liqueur, if using, and stir gently.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Add the sparkling water and mint leaves just before serving, stirring gently to combine.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour in the sangria, and garnish with additional mint leaves and a slice of fruit.
Notes
Allowing the sangria to chill for at least two hours enhances its flavor. Use fresh ingredients for the best results.
