Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Incorporate the orange zest and juice into the mixture.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet until just mixed.
- Fold in the dried cranberries.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
