A delightful Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bomb that features a gooey, cheesy explosion wrapped in a savory burger patty, perfect for family gatherings and picnics.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh, lean ground beef
  • 34 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley or thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hearty burger buns (brioche or whole wheat)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: sautéed mushrooms or caramelized onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic Mixture: Sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Mix the Meat: Combine ground beef, sautéed garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl.
  3. Form the Bombs: Divide the mixture into 4 portions, adding cheese in the center and wrapping to encase it.
  4. Cook the Bombs: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes or grill for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
  5. Warm the Buns: Toast buns in the oven until golden just before serving.
  6. Assemble and Serve: Place cooked bombs onto buns and top with desired toppings.

Notes

Make sure no cheese is exposed during cooking to avoid leakage. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
