Ingredients

- 3–4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley or thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hearty burger buns (brioche or whole wheat)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: sautéed mushrooms or caramelized onions
Instructions
- Prepare the Garlic Mixture: Sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Mix the Meat: Combine ground beef, sautéed garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and herbs in a bowl.
- Form the Bombs: Divide the mixture into 4 portions, adding cheese in the center and wrapping to encase it.
- Cook the Bombs: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes or grill for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
- Warm the Buns: Toast buns in the oven until golden just before serving.
- Assemble and Serve: Place cooked bombs onto buns and top with desired toppings.
Notes
