Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth and lump-free. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Incorporate the heavy cream and vanilla extract, then add the flour and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is charred and the inside is slightly unset.
  5. Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Slice and serve, enjoying the compliments that will surely follow!

Notes

Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing. The cheesecake will firm up as it cools.
