Ingredients

- Full-fat Greek Yogurt

Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate: Chop dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl with coconut oil. Set over simmering water and stir until smooth.
- Prepare the Strawberries: Rinse strawberries and pat dry thoroughly.
- Dip the Strawberries: Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat. Let excess chocolate drip off.
- Chill to Set: Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with Yogurt: Scoop Greek yogurt into a serving bowl; enhance with vanilla extract or lemon zest if desired.
- Assemble and Enjoy: Arrange strawberries on a plate with yogurt. Drizzle some melted chocolate over the yogurt and serve immediately.
