Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and almond extracts.
- Whisk together flour and baking powder; gradually add to wet ingredients.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out dough to ¼ inch thick and cut into Hello Kitty shapes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Once cooled, decorate with icing and sprinkles.
