  • Fresh garlic
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Grass-fed butter

  • Fresh thyme, rosemary, and parsley

Instructions

  1. For Garlic Butter Mushrooms: Slice your fresh mushrooms and mince garlic. In a skillet, melt two tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms, sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Toss in minced garlic, cook for another 2 minutes, and finish with parsley and seasoning.
  2. For Herb-Crusted Steak or Chicken: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season protein with salt and pepper, rub with olive oil and herbs. Sear in a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, then transfer to the oven for 8-10 minutes. Rest before slicing.
