Instructions
- Sauté minced garlic in a large pot over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shredded rotisserie chicken and stir to combine for a couple of minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in broccoli florets and uncooked pasta, ensuring everything is well coated.
- Cover and let simmer until the pasta is al dente, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional cheese and herbs if desired.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, use chickpeas instead of chicken and coconut cream instead of heavy cream.
