  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate coating (chocolate chips or melts)
  • Decorative sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Add in the red velvet cake mix and cocoa powder, then mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a small bowl, then slowly drizzle it into the batter while mixing.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into bites.
  6. Melt your chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Dip each cheesecake bite into the melted chocolate, then place them back on parchment paper.
