- 1 box (15.25 oz) red velvet cake mix
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate coating (chocolate chips or melts)
- Decorative sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Add in the red velvet cake mix and cocoa powder, then mix until fully incorporated.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small bowl, then slowly drizzle it into the batter while mixing.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into bites.
- Melt your chocolate coating in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each cheesecake bite into the melted chocolate, then place them back on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with decorative sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
- Chill until the chocolate coating is set and enjoy!
