Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 1/2 cup mixed seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (dates, cranberries, raisins)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together nut butter, honey, and sea salt until smooth.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry mix, folding gently until combined.
  5. Fold in dried fruits until evenly distributed.
  6. Form small balls of dough and flatten slightly on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cookies cool on baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. Store in an airtight container for future snacking.
