Instructions

- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, being careful not to over-mix.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop equal amounts of dough onto your prepared baking sheets, leaving enough space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden, but the centers still look soft.
- Let your cookies rest on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
