A warm, buttery pull-apart bread filled with sweet-tart cranberries and creamy Brie cheese, perfect for holiday gatherings.

- 1 loaf rich, buttery pull-apart bread
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the pull-apart bread into sections without slicing all the way through.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add minced garlic, fresh herbs, and salt. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Generously drizzle the herbed butter mixture into the cuts of the bread.
- Add layers of cranberries and chunks of Brie cheese into the gaps of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden and the cheese is gooey.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Experiment with different herbs and consider serving alongside roasted meats or a warm soup for a complete meal.
