Description

A warm, buttery pull-apart bread filled with sweet-tart cranberries and creamy Brie cheese, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf rich, buttery pull-apart bread
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the pull-apart bread into sections without slicing all the way through.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add minced garlic, fresh herbs, and salt. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Generously drizzle the herbed butter mixture into the cuts of the bread.
  5. Add layers of cranberries and chunks of Brie cheese into the gaps of the bread.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top is golden and the cheese is gooey.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Experiment with different herbs and consider serving alongside roasted meats or a warm soup for a complete meal.
