- 4 fresh corn on the cob
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high.
- Prep the Corn: Husk the corn, remove all silk, rinse, and pat dry.
- Season the Corn: Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
- Grill the Corn: Place corn on grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Make the Herbed Butter: Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, and salt in a bowl.
- Butter the Corn: Remove corn from grill and slather generously with herbed butter.
- Serve: Enjoy garnished with more Cajun seasoning if desired.
