Description
A delectable salmon dish seasoned with herbs and buttery garlic, reminiscent of the popular Texas Roadhouse flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Fresh minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley or dill (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter completely.
- Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Flip carefully and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Drizzle lemon juice over salmon just before serving and garnish with chopped herbs.
Notes
Avoid overcooking the salmon for the best texture. Let it rest for a couple of minutes after cooking to allow juices to redistribute.
