Description

A delectable salmon dish seasoned with herbs and buttery garlic, reminiscent of the popular Texas Roadhouse flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley or dill (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter completely.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Flip carefully and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over salmon just before serving and garnish with chopped herbs.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the salmon for the best texture. Let it rest for a couple of minutes after cooking to allow juices to redistribute.
