Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together almond flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg until fluffy, then add sparkling water.
  3. Mix wet ingredients into dry, stirring until combined.
  4. Prep your ingredients by slicing vegetables or peeling shrimp.
  5. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
  6. Dip each piece into the batter, letting excess drip off, then place in hot oil.
  7. Fry each piece for 2-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
