- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil (preferably sesame oil)
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet or wok over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add your mushrooms and vegetables of choice, sautéing until tender and vibrant in color.
- Push the veggies to one side, crack the eggs on the other side, and scramble until cooked through.
- Add the cooked rice, breaking apart any clumps, and stir everything together.
