Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create pockets.
- In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, chopped walnuts, and fresh herbs until creamy. Add honey if desired.
- Stuff the pear halves with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed pears on a parchment-lined baking tray, drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze if using, and roast for 15-20 minutes until the pears are tender.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
