Description

A delightful Baked Salmon recipe with a zesty lemon butter cream sauce that warms the heart and pleases the palate.


Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Fresh Herbs (Thyme or Dill), for garnish
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Stir until thickened, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Place salmon in a baking dish, pour the sauce over the salmon, and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked to your liking.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with freshly chopped herbs, and serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving to allow flavors to settle.
