- 4 Fresh Salmon Fillets
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- Fresh Herbs (Thyme or Dill), for garnish
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Stir until thickened, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Place salmon in a baking dish, pour the sauce over the salmon, and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked to your liking.
- Remove from oven, garnish with freshly chopped herbs, and serve with your favorite sides.

Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving to allow flavors to settle.
