- 2 tbsp honey
- Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary, optional)
Instructions
- Toast the pecans in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
- In a bowl, whip the goat cheese with honey until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the cranberries and toasted pecans.
- Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with extra pecans and cranberries, and drizzle with honey.
- Serve with crackers, artisan bread, or veggie sticks.
