Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Mince garlic and ginger, and slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Smash the lemongrass to release its flavors.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Combine chicken, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, and lemongrass in a bowl. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the Pan: Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Add marinated chicken to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
