- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- Optional toppings: fresh fruits, chopped nuts, caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round pizza pan.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Mix in cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Whisk in eggs one at a time.
- Fold in flour until the batter is smooth. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until set around the edges but slightly soft in the center.
- While cooling, melt the white chocolate. Spread it over the brownie crust.
- Decorate with your desired toppings.
- Slice like a pizza and serve warm or at room temperature.

For a dairy-free option, substitute coconut oil for butter and almond flour for a gluten-free twist.
