Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • Optional toppings: fresh fruits, chopped nuts, caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round pizza pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Mix in cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool. Whisk in eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in flour until the batter is smooth. Pour into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until set around the edges but slightly soft in the center.
  6. While cooling, melt the white chocolate. Spread it over the brownie crust.
  7. Decorate with your desired toppings.
  8. Slice like a pizza and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute coconut oil for butter and almond flour for a gluten-free twist.
