- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the brie into rounds or wedges.
- Chop pistachios finely and place in a shallow dish. In another bowl, whisk together egg and milk for the wash.
- Dip each round of brie into the egg wash, allowing excess to drip off. Press each side into chopped pistachios to coat.
- Place the brie rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and gooey.
- Let them cool for a minute and drizzle fig jam over the top.
- Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm with crusty bread or fresh fruit.
