- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 package chocolate pudding mix
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1.5 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup remaining whipped topping for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill.
- Combine cold milk with chocolate pudding mix in a bowl, whisk until thick, then fold in cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth.
- Pour chocolate filling into the prepped crust and spread it evenly.
- Mix shredded coconut and chopped pecans into the remaining whipped topping to create the topping.
- Spread the coconut-pecan topping over the chocolate filling.
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Slice and enjoy!
