Indulge in a creamy and dreamy No-Bake German Chocolate Pie topped with a delightful mixture of coconut and pecans.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1.5 cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup remaining whipped topping for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill.
  2. Combine cold milk with chocolate pudding mix in a bowl, whisk until thick, then fold in cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth.
  3. Pour chocolate filling into the prepped crust and spread it evenly.
  4. Mix shredded coconut and chopped pecans into the remaining whipped topping to create the topping.
  5. Spread the coconut-pecan topping over the chocolate filling.
  6. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.
  7. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, drizzle chocolate syrup over the pie before serving.
