Description

A delightful dish that combines the richness of butter, the earthiness of garlic, and the bright acidity of fresh lemon, creating a comforting and flavorful experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare salmon fillets by rinsing under cold water and patting dry.
  3. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  5. Brush the garlic-butter mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  6. Sprinkle fresh herbs, salt, and pepper on top.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden crust if desired.
  9. Serve with extra lemon juice and your favorite sides.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet to ensure even cooking. Letting the salmon rest after baking enhances flavor.
