- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to around 12 inches in diameter.
- Soften the cream cheese in a bowl and mix in garlic powder if desired.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a crust around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella over the cream cheese layer.
- Add the pickled jalapeños and bacon bits evenly on top.
- Sprinkle optional herbs or seasonings if desired.
- Bake in the oven for about 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese bubbles.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
Notes
For an extra crispy crust, roll the dough thinner or use a pizza stone for baking.
