Description

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to around 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Soften the cream cheese in a bowl and mix in garlic powder if desired.
  4. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a crust around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Add the pickled jalapeños and bacon bits evenly on top.
  7. Sprinkle optional herbs or seasonings if desired.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese bubbles.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, roll the dough thinner or use a pizza stone for baking.
