Description

A rich and indulgent fudge candy that captures the essence of comfort and togetherness, blending chocolate and buttery sweetness with a hint of vanilla.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional: nuts, dried fruits, or peppermint for add-ins

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sea salt.
  4. Fold in any optional add-ins if desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Once firm, use parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares.
  7. Serve chilled for a chewy treat or at room temperature for a softer texture.

Notes

For a vegan version, use dairy-free chocolate chips and coconut milk. Ensure fudge sets properly for best results.
