Description

A family favorite that combines the classic flavors of a Big Mac in a convenient wrap, perfect for casual meals and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat once fully cooked.
  3. Assemble the wraps by laying out tortillas and layering each with cooked beef, shredded lettuce, diced onion, pickles, and cheese. Drizzle with special sauce.
  4. Wrap tightly by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom up.
  5. Serve warm, cut in half, or keep in a warm oven until ready to serve.

Notes

Customize the wraps by adding extra cheese or more vegetables to suit individual preferences.
