- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup dill pickles
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat once fully cooked.
- Assemble the wraps by laying out tortillas and layering each with cooked beef, shredded lettuce, diced onion, pickles, and cheese. Drizzle with special sauce.
- Wrap tightly by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom up.
- Serve warm, cut in half, or keep in a warm oven until ready to serve.
