- 1 cup whole wheat flour (or almond flour)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional add-ins: flax seeds or sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheese, flour, and spices. Pour in your melted butter or oil and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll Out Your Dough: On a floured surface, roll the dough out until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the Crackers: Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to create squares or fun shapes with cookie cutters. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake to Golden Perfection: Bake for about 15–20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool and Enjoy: Allow to cool before transferring them to a wire rack.
