- 1 Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 head of Roasted Garlic
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach (or kale)
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Thyme or Oregano (fresh or dried)
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roast the Garlic: Slice the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 40-45 minutes until sweet and golden.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the dough into desired shape and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Sauté the Spinach: Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté spinach until wilted (2-3 minutes).
- Assemble the Pizza: Spread roasted garlic on the dough, add ricotta, sautéed spinach, mozzarella, and feta.
- Bake: Transfer to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Finish with Olive Oil: Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle herbs on top.
- Slice & Serve: Cut into slices and serve warm.
Notes
For variations, feel free to add bell peppers or other seasonal vegetables. Pair with a Greek salad for a balanced meal.
