  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (optional, such as rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise, removing the pit if necessary.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dried cranberries, and chopped pecans. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Generously fill each date with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed dates on the prepared baking sheet with some space between them.
