- 1 package Oreos (about 15.5 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz white chocolate, melted
- Sprinkles or additional chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- Crush Oreos until finely ground using a food processor.
- In a bowl, blend the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until mixed well.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring in between.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate using a fork and return to the baking sheet to set.
- Decorate with sprinkles or a drizzle of melted chocolate if desired.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier blending. Tap off excess chocolate after dipping for a smooth finish.
