- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 tbsp sugar (for cooking cranberries)
- Water (for cooking cranberries)
Instructions
- Prepare the cranberries by washing and drying them. Combine with sugar and water in a saucepan, simmer for 10 minutes, then cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until peaks form, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in cooled cranberries and whipped cream.
- Layer trifle cups with crushed graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, cranberries, and whipped cream. Repeat layers and finish with whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
Decorate the tops with fresh cranberries and a sprig of mint for extra flair.
