Ingredients

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp sugar (for cooking cranberries)
  • Water (for cooking cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cranberries by washing and drying them. Combine with sugar and water in a saucepan, simmer for 10 minutes, then cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until peaks form, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in cooled cranberries and whipped cream.
  4. Layer trifle cups with crushed graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, cranberries, and whipped cream. Repeat layers and finish with whipped cream.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Decorate the tops with fresh cranberries and a sprig of mint for extra flair.
