Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Optional: chopped nuts, sprinkles, crushed peppermint candy

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat, then add chocolate and stir until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies and mini marshmallows, stirring until well-coated.
  3. Allow mixture to cool slightly, then form into golf ball-sized balls with your hands.
  4. Place on parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Roll in cocoa powder, shredded coconut, or sprinkles before serving.

Notes

Ensure the chocolate doesn’t burn by stirring gently. Cool the mixture adequately before rolling into balls to avoid burning your hands.
