Scale
  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)

  4. Stuff each shell generously with the filling and place seam-side up in a baking dish.
  5. Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Alfredo sauce with a white bean puree. Feel free to experiment with different fillings and cheeses.
