Deliciously creamy and cheesy chicken alfredo stuffed into large pasta shells, perfect for gatherings and family meals.

- 12 large pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sautéed spinach or mushrooms (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell generously with the filling and place seam-side up in a baking dish.
- Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Alfredo sauce with a white bean puree. Feel free to experiment with different fillings and cheeses.
