A warm, shareable casserole that combines buttery crescent rolls with a velvety cheesecake filling, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.
Ingredients

- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings: fresh fruit, chocolate chips, powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8×8 inch or 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Unroll one tube of crescent rolls and lay them in the bottom of the baking dish, pressing together to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crescent roll layer.
- Top with the second tube of crescent rolls arranged in any way you like.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and filling is set.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to customize with different toppings or substitute with lemon zest for added flavor.
