Description

A warm, shareable casserole that combines buttery crescent rolls with a velvety cheesecake filling, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings: fresh fruit, chocolate chips, powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 8×8 inch or 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Unroll one tube of crescent rolls and lay them in the bottom of the baking dish, pressing together to form a crust.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth.
  5. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crescent roll layer.
  6. Top with the second tube of crescent rolls arranged in any way you like.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and filling is set.
  8. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to customize with different toppings or substitute with lemon zest for added flavor.
