Ingredients

  • Fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
  • Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Marinara sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Shredded provolone cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread a generous amount of marinara sauce evenly over the crust, leaving space around the edges.
  5. Scatter the cheese tortellini over the pizza base. If using frozen tortellini, boil them first according to package instructions.
  6. Layer shredded mozzarella and provolone over the top, followed by pepperoni slices.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle fresh basil on top before slicing and serving hot.

Notes
