- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
- If using uncooked sausages, cook them slightly in a skillet to ensure they are fully cooked.
- Place one sausage on each pastry square and fold the corners over the sausage, pinching the seams to seal.
- Beat an egg and brush the egg wash over each sealed pastry.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
These can be frozen after baking. Wrap them individually before storing in a container for quick breakfasts later.
