Description

A flavorful dish of turkey wings glazed with cranberry sauce and fresh pomegranate seeds, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Turkey Wings
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar or Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme (fresh or dried)
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary (fresh or dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a smaller bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, pomegranate seeds, minced garlic, brown sugar (or honey), olive oil, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Generously coat the turkey wings with the glaze and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer, skin-side up.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes, basting halfway through with pan juices.
  7. For the last 2-5 minutes, switch to broil to achieve extra crispiness.
  8. Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds.

Notes

Try to marinate the wings overnight for deeper flavor. Adjust herbs based on availability.
