- 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar or Honey
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Thyme (fresh or dried)
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary (fresh or dried)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, pomegranate seeds, minced garlic, brown sugar (or honey), olive oil, thyme, and rosemary.
- Generously coat the turkey wings with the glaze and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer, skin-side up.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, basting halfway through with pan juices.
- For the last 2-5 minutes, switch to broil to achieve extra crispiness.
- Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds.
