Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or thawed frozen blueberries)
- Optional: Dash of salt, sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and optional salt and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until combined.
- Gently fold the blueberries into the wet mixture.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until fully incorporated.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
- Fill silicone donut molds halfway with batter or use a piping bag for free-form donuts.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Let cool, mix powdered sugar with milk for glaze, and drizzle over donuts.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking. Avoid overmixing the batter to maintain fluffiness.
