Description

Delicious and fluffy blueberry donuts made in an air fryer, perfect for family gatherings or cozy afternoons.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (or thawed frozen blueberries)
  • Optional: Dash of salt, sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and optional salt and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until combined.
  4. Gently fold the blueberries into the wet mixture.
  5. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until fully incorporated.
  6. Lightly grease the air fryer basket.
  7. Fill silicone donut molds halfway with batter or use a piping bag for free-form donuts.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  9. Let cool, mix powdered sugar with milk for glaze, and drizzle over donuts.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking. Avoid overmixing the batter to maintain fluffiness.
