Description

Crispy hash brown sliders filled with fluffy scrambled eggs and zesty pickles, perfect for brunch or snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Hash Browns (frozen or fresh)
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Fresh Herbs (e.g., chives or parsley), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Peel and shred fresh hash browns, soak in cold water. Chop the pickles and beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Cook the Hash Browns: Heat butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the hash browns until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Add Garlic: Push hash browns to one side and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  4. Scramble the Eggs: Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and scramble to your desired texture.
  5. Combine the Goodness: Stir in chopped pickles and cheese, mixing until melted.
  6. Assemble the Sliders: Place a spoonful of the mixture on slider buns or roasted potatoes and top with more pickles or herbs.
  7. Serve Warm: Enjoy the sliders hot.

Notes

For a vegan version, replace eggs with tofu scramble and skip the cheese. Serve with fresh greens or avocado.
