  • 1/2 tsp paprika or cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 cup butter (or olive oil for a lighter version)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, chopped herbs, and seasonings. Mix gently to maintain crab integrity.
  2. Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a small patty or ball.
  3. Refrigerate the patties for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Add the crab bites and cook until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and enjoy!
