Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 oranges, cut into wedges
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 cup brandy or elderflower liqueur (or sparkling water for a non-alcoholic option)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (to taste)
  • 23 cinnamon sticks
  • 34 whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine and freshly squeezed citrus juice.
  3. Add the prepared fruits and splash in the brandy or elderflower liqueur.
  4. Add honey or simple syrup to taste.
  5. Incorporate the whole spices, then let the mixture sit for at least an hour (or overnight for best flavor).
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh cranberries or mint leaves.
