Ingredients

- 1 bottle of crisp white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 oranges, cut into wedges
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 pear, sliced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 cup brandy or elderflower liqueur (or sparkling water for a non-alcoholic option)
- 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (to taste)
- 2–3 cinnamon sticks
- 3–4 whole cloves
Instructions
- Wash and cut the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine and freshly squeezed citrus juice.
- Add the prepared fruits and splash in the brandy or elderflower liqueur.
- Add honey or simple syrup to taste.
- Incorporate the whole spices, then let the mixture sit for at least an hour (or overnight for best flavor).
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh cranberries or mint leaves.
