Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the diced vegetables in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Tear the biscuits into bite-sized pieces and scatter them in the bottom of a prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the sautéed vegetables and cheese, then pour this mixture over the biscuit layer.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let the frittata rest for a few minutes before slicing and garnishing with fresh herbs.
