- 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 large Eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 cups Apples (Granny Smith and Honeycrisp), peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in the sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time; stir in sour cream and vanilla until combined.
- In a separate bowl, toss the apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, then coat with flour.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, and brown sugar with softened butter until crumbly.
- Layer half of the cheesecake batter into a springform pan, followed by the apple filling, then pour remaining batter on top.
- Sprinkle the crisp mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour. Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter option.
