Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 cups Apples (Granny Smith and Honeycrisp), peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually mix in the sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time; stir in sour cream and vanilla until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, then coat with flour.
  5. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, and brown sugar with softened butter until crumbly.
  6. Layer half of the cheesecake batter into a springform pan, followed by the apple filling, then pour remaining batter on top.
  7. Sprinkle the crisp mixture evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
  9. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours.
  10. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour. Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter option.
