Description

A warm and inviting cheesy dip made with ground beef, cream cheese, and cheddar, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it apart with a spatula as it cooks for about 6-8 minutes, and drain any excess grease.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Gradually mix in the cheddar cheese until fully melted and gooey.
  5. Stir in the chopped green onions just before serving.
  6. Transfer to a warm serving dish and serve with tortilla chips or veggies for dipping.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce or diced jalapeños. This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for three months.
