- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)
- Sprinkles or crushed nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos, peanut butter, and cream cheese. Mix until fully blended.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Remove chilled balls from the fridge and dip each into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Place back on the baking sheet and add sprinkles or nuts if desired.
- Set in the refrigerator for another hour to firm up.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier blending. Keep hands moist while rolling to prevent sticking.
