Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreos, crushed
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos, peanut butter, and cream cheese. Mix until fully blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Remove chilled balls from the fridge and dip each into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  7. Place back on the baking sheet and add sprinkles or nuts if desired.
  8. Set in the refrigerator for another hour to firm up.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier blending. Keep hands moist while rolling to prevent sticking.
