- Handful of arugula or spinach
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients to prep for cooking.
- Spread goat cheese generously on one slice of bread and drizzle honey on top, then scatter fresh herbs over the cheese.
- Add a handful of arugula or spinach to the sandwich and top it with another slice of bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter or heat olive oil, then place the sandwich in the pan, pressing down slightly.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip the sandwich and repeat until both sides are crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
