Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pecans with butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Stir until coated.
- Spread the pecans in an even layer on the lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Watch closely towards the end to avoid burning, aiming for a golden-brown color.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
